How to get an order?
For Moscow and Moscow region
Method 1. You can pick up your order yourself and for free
- From any DECOMASTER retail store
To do this, you need to place an order in an online store or by retail phone numbers (see the Contacts section). If the product is available at the central warehouse, you can pick it up the next day (by prior agreement with the manager).

Attention! Upon pickup from the warehouse, the order must be paid either at the retail outlet or at the DECOMASTER office!
When picking up from the central warehouse, the time of picking up and waiting for the order is from 2 to 4 hours, please plan your time in advance!
Method 2. Courier delivery
We will deliver your product within 1-2 business days from the date of placement of the order (or after 100% payment, if it is non-cash)..
Delivery is carried out from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Saturday.
Attention! Delivery is carried out only to the entrance!
We will deliver your order by courier free of charge provided:
- Within the "Zone A" (Khimki, Kurkino and Novokurkino, Skhodnya, Zelenograd, Dolgoprudny, Lobnya) for an order from 3000 rubles.
- Within the Moscow Ring Road for an order of 10,000 rubles.
- Within the limits of New Moscow (Novomoskovsky, Troitskiy AO) for an order from 30,000 rubles.
Rates for paid courier delivery:
- “Zone A” (Khimki, Kurkino and Novokurkino, Skhodnya, Zelenograd, Dolgoprudny, Lobnya) - 500 rubles.
- “Zone B” (CJSC, SZAO, CAO, SWAO, MO + 10 km. From the Moscow Ring Road) - 500 rubles.
- “Zone C” (Yuzao, Yuao, SEAO, VAO, CAO, MO +10 km from the Moscow Ring Road) - 1000 rubles.
- Delivery +10-30 km from the Moscow Ring Road (including New Moscow) +20 rubles/km to the main tariff
- Delivery from 30 km from MKAD +30 rubles/km to the main tariff
Delivery zone in Moscow and the Moscow region:
For St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region
For ordering delivery, goods available in stock of cities of St. Petersburg and Moscow are available.
We will deliver your product within 1-3 business days from the date of placement of the order (or after 100% payment, if it is non-cash).
Delivery is carried out from 10.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Friday.
Attention! Delivery is carried out only to the entrance!
We will deliver your order by courier for free within the red, yellow or blue zone when ordering from 5000 rub
Tariffs for paid courier delivery:- “Red Zone” (Moscow, Frunze, Kirov, Nevsky Left Bank) - 500 rubles.
- “Blue Zone” (Krasnogvardeisky, Nevsky Right Bank, Kudrovo) - 600 rubles.
- “Zhelty Zone” (Admiralteysky, Vasileostrovsky, Vyborg, Petrograd, Primorsky, Kalininsky, Central District)-800 rubles.
Delivery from the boundaries of these zones + 40r /km to the main tariff
Regions of Russia (except Moscow and Moscow Region)
It is possible to choose the delivery of SDEK and PEC by transport companies. The cost is automatically calculated at the stage of placing an order.For other regions of Russia and the CIS countries
"We will deliver your order by a transport company: Business Lines, Autotrading, PEC, Baikal-service or any other that you like.
Delivery to the shopping center is calculated individually with the Decomaster manager when forming an order. You pay for the delivery of the TC yourself."
